Lead times start from the date the deposit and the final artwork are confirmed. We always quote a delivery window in writing rather than a single date.

Ask us for carton and pallet details, mixed-model orders and CE / RoHS / FCC documentation. We'll confirm in writing which import documents our partner factory can provide. Note that EU GPSR responsibilities sit with the importer, so we'll be clear about the EU authorised representative before you commit.

What to include for a faster quote
Your country and sales channel, the models you want, roughly how many units, and whether you need standard units or your own branding. If you already hold a competing quote or a target price, send it — we will tell you plainly whether we can meet it.
Mixed models are welcome
MOQ is 50 units per model, and you can mix any of our 74 models in one container. A first order of three or four models is completely normal for us.

Prices are quoted per order. All models can be mixed in one container.

What is the minimum order?
50 units per model, and you can mix models in the same order. There is no minimum on total order value.
How fast can you ship?
Up to 1,000 units ship now from stock. Orders over 1,000 units take about 7 days of production.
Can I have my own logo and packaging?
OEM/ODM starts at 300 units per model — your logo, retail box, manual and app skin. Artwork and tooling time are confirmed in the quote.
Which certificates come with the goods?
CE, RoHS and FCC documentation for the models we quote. For the EU, GPSR responsibilities sit with the importer, so we state in writing who provides the authorised representative before you commit.
Are import duties included?
For the United States we quote FOB or EXW only — duties and tariffs are paid by the buyer. Tell us your market and we confirm the Incoterm in writing with the quote.
Do you supply Amazon and own-brand sellers?
Yes. Unbranded or white-label units, your logo and retail box from 300 units per model, packed to your FNSKU labels. We do not handle FDA registration or US customs clearance.
