Magic S1 Mobile Pet Camera — 1080p Rolling Robot Camera for Cats & Dogs

- A camera that moves — it drives at 0–40 cm/s with infrared obstacle avoidance and anti-fall wheels, so one unit covers a floor instead of one corner.
- 1080p, 121° wide — 1920×1080 at 15 fps in H.265, H 121° / V 60° / D 154°, colour by day and infrared at night.
- On-device AI detection — pet and human recognition on the robot itself, cutting false alarms by up to 90%, with automatic tracking while your pet moves.
- Two-way talk, laser and dance routines — speak through the app, fire the Class 1 laser pointer or run the 8 built-in dance steps to keep a bored pet busy.
- 2600 mAh, docks itself — 2–3 hours of movement, 3–4 hours to charge, and it returns to the charging pile by itself at 25% battery.
It Follows Your Pet Instead of Waiting for It
A fixed camera watches one corner. The Magic S1 drives across the room, keeps the pet in frame while it walks, and sends a push alert the moment it hears something unusual — barking, scratching, a bowl being pushed around.
Whole-Floor Coverage — No Blind Spots
Programme up to three cruise routes with four waypoints each, then start a full-house patrol with one tap. It avoids furniture on the way, and the anti-shake algorithm keeps the picture steady while it drives.
App Control: Live View, Playback, Laser
Live view, playback, motion messages, remote control, the laser pointer and the path editor all live in the free iOS / Android app. Recording goes to a microSD card inside the robot — up to 512 GB.
Day and Night Vision
Colour video in daylight, infrared in a dark room — the same 1080p frame, so a night-time check on an older dog is as clear as a midday one.
Pet-Friendly Design
Twelve dot-matrix expressions on the wheel light strip, anti-fall wheels and a soft start so the robot never rushes at an animal. The laser is Class 1 — keep it 20 cm away from eyes.
Before the First Run
Three things the manual asks for, and the reason buyers ask about them:
- Hard floors and low-pile rugs. Keep it out of kitchens and bathrooms — the wheels are not built for standing water.
- Leave 0.6 m either side and 2 m in front of the charging pile clear, and keep the back of the pile close to a wall, so the robot can always find its way home.
- Clean the wheel gap weekly with a toothpick — long hair is the one thing that stops a rolling camera. Hold the power button for 10 seconds to restart after a freeze.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does the Magic S1 need WiFi?
Yes for live view, talk-back and app control — it connects over 2.4 GHz WiFi, and the app has a through-wall mode for homes with thick internal walls. Video is recorded to a microSD card inside the robot (up to 512 GB, card not included).
How long does the battery last?
2–3 hours of movement per charge, and 3–4 hours to charge fully on the pile. Below 25% battery the robot drives back to the charging pile by itself; you can also send it home from the app at any time.
Will it fall down the stairs?
No, provided it starts on flat ground. The robot uses infrared obstacle avoidance plus anti-fall wheels, and the manual asks you to keep it at least 50 cm from an edge when you first set up a route.
Can it replace a home security camera?
For indoor patrol, yes — motion push, night vision and on-device human detection are all there. It is an indoor robot, so for outdoor or gate monitoring use one of our fixed cameras instead.
Do you offer OEM / private label?
Yes. Custom logo, packaging and manual from 300 units per model — request a quote with your target market and we will send the current test reports with the offer.

Where the Magic S1 fits in the range
The Magic S1 is the only moving camera we carry. Everything else in the pet range watches from a fixed point: the C19 sits on a table with a laser, the PT1 pans and tilts, the SP1 adds a screen for two-way video calls. The Magic S1 is the SKU for the buyer whose customer keeps asking “but what if my dog is in the other room?”
For wholesale buyers it works as an anchor product at a higher price point than a fixed indoor camera, and it pulls the rest of the pet range along with it — feeders, fountains and cameras ship in mixed cartons from the same Shenzhen warehouse.
