NewaSmart is the trading brand of Shenzhen Xinlongxin Technology Co., Ltd., a small company based in Shenzhen, China — the city where most of the world's smart pet hardware is designed and made.

We are a wholesaler, not a factory. We work directly with a small group of vetted partner factories that build Wi-Fi pet feeders, and we handle everything between you and them: model selection, sample orders, quality checks before shipping, export paperwork and after-sales follow-up.

Being small is the point. Because we don't need factory-sized orders, we can take the orders larger suppliers don't want to bother with — and you get our own email address, not a call centre.

Most of our orders go to importers, pet retail chains and Amazon sellers in Europe, the UK and the US. Our six models cover single-bowl and dual-bowl feeders plus a combined water-and-food unit, so building a mixed container is straightforward.
