Our Partner Factories & How We Control Quality
We're often asked, "Are you a factory?" No — and we'd rather say so plainly. NewaSmart is a wholesaler. We buy from a small group of partner factories in Shenzhen and across Guangdong, and we are the ones who answer for your order.
What that means for you
One point of contact
You deal with us — not with three different factory salespeople who each have their own minimum.
Orders factories won't take
We combine models and take smaller runs, so you can test a market before committing to a full container.
You can still see the factory
Ask, and we'll arrange a live video tour of the production line at our partner factory, or send QC photos and video of your own units before they ship.
Quality control, step by step
- Sample checkBefore we quote, we test the model you're interested in: feed timing, camera, and battery switch-over. We send you the footage.
- Pre-production confirmationLogo, packaging, colour and plug standard confirmed in writing before production starts.
- In-line checks at the partner factoryFunction and appearance checks during the production run.
- Final QC before shippingWe open cartons and send you photos and video of your batch: unit, accessories, packaging and carton labels.
- DocumentsCE, RoHS and FCC certificates from the partner factory, plus the export paperwork for your market.
If a batch fails a check, you hear about it before it ships — and we agree on a fix in writing before anything leaves the port.
Where we draw the line
Being clear about what we are not is more useful to you than a page of claims. This is the honest version.
We don't claim to be the factory, and we won't put our name on certificates that aren't ours.
We don't own the factory's tooling, so we can't redesign the core hardware — but logo, packaging, colour and capacity are yours to specify from 300 units per model.
We don't take on markets that need local certification we don't hold yet. If a market needs it, we'll tell you before you order.
Certificates: CE, RoHS and FCC are issued to our partner factory. We can share the PDFs and arrange an authorisation letter on request. We only claim the certificates we can actually show.
